Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the All Assist platform. By creating an account or using the service you accept these Terms. This document is a template and must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before public launch.

The service

All Assist is a marketplace that connects motorists with independent roadside-assistance service providers. We are not a party to the service agreement between motorist and provider and do not perform roadside services ourselves.

Accounts

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Fees & payments

Motorists pay providers via the platform. Cancellation fees may apply after the free grace period. Tips are optional. Refunds and disputes are handled case-by-case.

Acceptable use

• Do not misrepresent your identity or vehicle.
• Do not use the platform for unlawful activity.
• Do not harass or abuse other users on the platform.

Liability

The service is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Assist is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform or the acts of providers or motorists.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or platform safety rules.
